On this website technology from Live Person Inc. of the US shall collect and store anonymous information for marketing and optimization purposes. This declaration summarizes the principles adblue applies when dealing with personal and other data from third parties that has been collected when users took advantage of the services available at www.adblue.de/com and www.trademaster.co.uk.

1. Principles

The adherence to German and European data protection legislation enjoys highest priority at adblue. adblue shall do its utmost to not only meet the legal regulations governing data protection but also shall adhere to the recommendations from recognized panels regarding the voluntary self control in the area of data protection.

2. Personal and other data

Personal data is composed of individual entries about personal or factual relationships for a certain or identifiable natural person; Other Data as defined in this declaration shall include all information (which is not personal data) supplied to adblue for the use of its services.

adblue is obligated to record personal data only from the users themselves. adblue shall keep its servers technically up to date to meet latest security standards. In as far as technologically appropriate, secure transfer channels (SSL connections) shall be made available when recording personal data. Employees and third parties involved in maintaining the systems shall be sworn to secrecy by adblue.

6. Information rights

In as far as adblue has stored personal data; it is obligated to provide information about said stored data. In as far as misuse can be precluded; the provision of information can be carried out automatically.
